INCORRECT / FAULT PRODUCT
Mistakes happen and we may send or fail to send a product. Please let is know by Phone (1300 824 685), Email (info@terreamer.com.au), Facebook / Instragram message. Please let us know your full name and order number to help with the inquiry by processing a refund or replacement.
If product is faulty, please take a photo and video for verification and we will organise an return and replacement and or refund.
MISSING ITEMS
We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
Please contact our Customer Experience Specialist so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of the cosmetic cosmetic products we do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong product.
If you order the wrong product please let us know within 24hours of receiving your product and we will analyze each request on a case by case basis at our discretion.
Online Booking Policy
Terre a Mer salon requires a $97.00 booking fee for all services to make a booking and reserve one of our experts and your salon spot. By paying and booking your salon spot you agree to the following terms and conditions below:
Rescheduling / Cancelling your booking
The booking fee confirms your appointment and to reserve one of our experts for you. In the event you cannot make it please give us a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule or to request a refund. All refunds require 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. Booking fee will be fully refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Please call 1300 824 685, message us on facebook/instagram or email info@terreamer.com.au to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
NOTE: Services and treatments purchased online are not transferrable to other salons and are strictly for Terre a Mer located at Level 3, 11-19 Bank Place, Melbourne 3000.
