By far the best “Keratin” treatment I have had. Frizz is all gone and the best part is that unlike others I have tried, it did not affect my colour. If anything, my highlights look a lot better.

How straight will it go?
We take your hair as straight as it will naturally go, without pushing it far enough to damage it or leave it flat. How straight that is depends on your hair's texture, so we check it at your free consultation and tell you honestly what to expect.
How much time will it save me?
Typically, styling goes from about 45 minutes to about 5. That's nearly 90% less time, every morning.
If you style your hair daily, it adds up to around 120 hours over six months: five full days back.
Who will do your hair
This is the only thing we do.

What happens in the chair

Free consultation
We look at your hair, talk through what you want and confirm your price before we start.

A unique and intensely deep-cleansing wash
A clarifying shampoo, two or three times depending on your hair, clears away build-up so the formula can work.

Apply and leave to absorb
We blow-dry your hair, then brush the keratin formula on section by section, starting at the nape, and leave it to work.

Dry and seal
Once it's fully dry, we seal the formula in with a flat iron, one small section at a time, until your hair shines.

Rinse, mask and finish
When your hair has cooled, we rinse it with a salt-free shampoo, apply a mask for five minutes and blow-dry. You walk out with your hair done.
Your first 48 hours
There's no downtime. You don't need to wait 48 hours to wash your hair or tie it up: once you leave the salon, your hair is ready to go. The one thing to wait 48 hours for is swimming in the pool or the ocean.

What's in it?
Our Keratin uses advanced botanical chemistry to replicate the benefits of keratin with plant proteins, so there's no animal keratin in it. The two main ingredients are Glyoxyloyl Carbocysteine and Keratin Amino Acids. It's a vegan formula and formaldehyde-free.
Has it been tested?
Yes. It's developed with a leading Colombian laboratory and independently tested in Australian laboratories. Ask us and we'll send you the test certificate.
Can I have it on coloured hair?
Yes, highlights included. Keratin can lift artificial tone or colour, though not your natural colour, so we recommend any bleaching before your treatment and toning or colour afterwards, done by us or after checking with us.
Who should check first?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor and follow their advice. Clients need to be 8 or older.

Yes. Our Keratin uses advanced botanical chemistry to replicate the benefits of keratin with plant proteins, so there's no animal keratin in it. It's a vegan formula and formaldehyde-free.
Sealing with the flat iron makes some steam and a smell while we work. Our Keratin is formaldehyde-free, so there are no stinging eyes or harsh fumes in the salon.
Afterwards, heat can occasionally leave a faint smell in your hair. It fades within a few washes.
There’s no downtime, so you can wash your hair and tie it up straight away. Wait 48 hours before swimming in the pool or the ocean. To keep your Keratin smooth for as long as possible, wash with a Terreamer shampoo, conditioner and mask from our Pure Hydration or Deep Fortifying range, and keep your hair hydrated.
Between washes, use Intensive Rescue Therapy, Hair Protector Leave-In and Ultimate Straight Leave-In to keep your treatment at its best, and protect your hair with one of them before you swim. We’ll show you which products suit your hair at your appointment.
It's semi-permanent, so it wears out gradually over four to six months. Your new growth comes in with your natural texture and the treated lengths slowly soften, with no harsh regrowth line.
