Your price is built around your hair. Pattern, density and length all change what a treatment costs — which is why we ask four quick questions before showing you anything.
Men's memberships include the same treatments and aftercare, priced on our men's prices, without trims, tonal adjustments or blow-outs.
Your hair has 3 layers. We treat ALL of them.
All three straighten and smooth. The difference is which layer each one rebuilds — and how much of it you get. An Ultimate Fusion is two of those treatments in one visit: Straightening combines Keratin with Plex Nanoplasty for the straightest result, or Repair pairs your straightening treatment with a Plex Repair when strength matters more. Same price either way — you choose at every visit.

Paid once, valid for 12 months and doesn't renew automatically. Treatments are booked with us throughout your year. Prices in AUD and include GST.

Approval, spending limits and repayment terms are set by Afterpay, not by Terreamer. Afterpay appears at checkout when your membership is within its limits. You can also pay by card, bank transfer or cash in the salon.

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Salon only. Membership treatments are done at our salon, Shop 2, 456 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
- Personal to you. Your membership is in your name. It can't be transferred, shared or exchanged for cash. To buy one as a gift, contact us first and we set it up in their name.
- 7-day cooling-off. Changed your mind within 7 days of joining, before any treatment or products? We refund you, less the card fee we were charged. After that, there's no refund if you change your mind, move away or don't use your treatments.
- 12 months, no auto-renewal. Your membership lasts 12 months from the day you order (card or Afterpay), the day your bank transfer arrives, or the day you pay cash in the salon. Treatments you haven't used by then expire and have no cash value.
- Changing an appointment. Give us at least 48 hours' notice. Each later change, and each missed appointment, costs $147. The treatment stays in your membership.
- Pausing. Can't have treatments for medical reasons, pregnancy or breastfeeding? With a medical certificate, we pause it once, for up to 3 months, and extend your year.
- Member discount. 10%, 15% or 20% off full-price products and services, in the salon and online. It doesn't apply to bundles, sets, discounted items, gift cards or another membership. Your direct family can use it in the salon when they book under your membership.
These are the key points. Your membership is covered by the full terms in section 4 of our Terms and conditions. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and accept them. They don't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund of unused value if we can't provide your treatments.
