All memberships are billed annually and valid for 12 months from purchase. Treatments are booked at your convenience throughout the year. Prices in AUD and include GST.

Approval, spending limits and repayment terms are set by the provider, not by Terreamer. Higher-value memberships may require Afterpay Pay Monthly or Zip Money.

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Salon exclusivity. Memberships are redeemable exclusively at Terreamer salons in Melbourne.
- Personal to the purchaser. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted or assigned to another person.
- All purchases are final. Memberships are non-refundable — including where treatments are unused or partially used, and in the case of change of mind.
- Redemption period. All treatments must be redeemed before the membership expiry date. Unused treatments lapse on expiry and carry no cash value.
- Not combinable with other offers. Membership benefits cannot be applied to bundled or already-discounted products and services.
- Member discount. Your member discount applies to full-price products and services only, in salon and online, and extends to your direct family members. It cannot be used towards the purchase of another membership — including a membership bought as a gift for someone else — or towards gift cards.
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
