The guarantee says that your hair will be in
1. Better condition than before the treatment. We will evaluate this by using before and afters.
2. If you feel that the keratin treatment hasn't worked, you can come in, and we will happily professionally evaluate your hair. If for some reason requires a second treatment, we will do it at no charge.
3. Your hair should be frizz-free, silk and smooth with only 5 minutes of the hairdryer from wet to dry. We call this the salon look in only 5 minutes.

WHAT VOIDS THE 30-DAY HAPPY HAIR GUARANTEE?
1. The person getting the Terre a Mer Treatments have not bought our recommended aftercare to maintain the treatment and are using other personal products not advised by Terre a Mer.
2. Getting any bleach or chemical service on your hair (whether at home or in a salon)
3. Getting your hair coloured / henna after the treatment.
4. You're hair is extremely damaged or in extreme thickness (afro density) and in a very poor condition to start with. This is not covered by our happy hair guarantee, and this will be discussed before progressing with the service in the salon.
5. You go to the beach or pool as they both contain differing amounts of chlorine and salt.
6. If you are simply unhappy with the service and cannot substantiate it with a verifiable claim. You must come into the salon for us to review your treatment and give us the chance to see it for ourselves in our salon with one of our keratin experts.
