If you feel your terre a mer treatment didn’t deliver the promised results, just book a complimentary check-in with one of our specialists. If a second treatment is needed, we’ll happily do it at no extra cost.

🚫 What Voids the Guarantee

To protect the integrity of your results and ensure our products perform as promised, the guarantee will not apply if:

1. Recommended Aftercare Isn’t Used

You’ve used hair products not recommended by Terre a Mer. Our treatments are designed to work in harmony with our certified aftercare.

2. Bleach or Chemical Services

You’ve had bleaching or other chemical processes done after the treatment — either at home or at another salon.

3. Post-Treatment Colouring or Henna

Colouring or applying henna after your treatment can interfere with results.

4. Severely Damaged or Extra-Dense Hair

Hair in extreme damage or afro-level density may not qualify. This will be assessed during your consultation to ensure realistic expectations and honesty from the start.

5. Exposure to Harsh Elements

Swimming in chlorinated pools or saltwater beaches after treatment can strip or weaken results.

6. Unverifiable Concerns

To honour the guarantee, concerns must be substantiated and reviewed in-person by one of our keratin specialists at the salon.
