Terre a Mer salon booking terms that regulate services and products purchased through our booking system.
Rescheduling / Cancelling your booking
Minimum 48 hour’s notice is required for online booking cancellations and appointment rescheduling, otherwise your booking fee is forfeited (Your 4 Hour Block was reserved specially for you)

Services and treatments bought online are not transferrable to other salons and are strictly for Terre a Mer at Level 3, 11-19 Bank Place, Melbourne 3000. Any refunds requests can only apply to services with 48 hours notice. Full refunds can be given minus a booking fee of 2.2% if a customer has change their minds.
